FAQ

A simple service on purpose.

Why use this if I can just look the information up myself?

Because Near Notice saves you from having to keep checking multiple government sources yourself. We monitor the official sources, combine information from different jurisdictions, simplify the language, and send you a clear alert when something relevant happens near your address.

How often will I get emails?

Alerts are event-driven. You may receive several notices in an active period and none when there is no relevant activity nearby.

What if I’m getting too many or too few alerts?

You can adjust your watch radius, jurisdictions, or notice types after you subscribe. Use your subscriber access link or contact support@nearnotice.com if you need help fine-tuning your settings.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage billing or cancel future renewals from the manage subscription page. If you cancel, your service stays active through the period you’ve already paid for.

Can I watch more than one jurisdiction?

Yes. You can watch City of Atlanta, DeKalb County, City of Decatur, or any combination of them for the same price.

Do you sell my information?

No. We do not sell, rent, or use subscriber contact information for unrelated advertising or marketing.
