Near Notice is an independent information service that monitors selected public government sources and sends neighborhood change alerts by email. Near Notice is not affiliated with any government agency.

Subscriptions and billing

• Near Notice currently offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
• Service remains active through the period already paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable, including annual plans canceled before the renewal date.

Accuracy and official records

Near Notice works to provide useful summaries and timely alerts, but does not guarantee completeness, continuous availability, or error-free delivery. Official government records remain the authoritative source.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to subscriber or system data.

Changes

Near Notice may update the service, pricing, or these Terms over time. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
